Overview:
As the Product Launch Manager, you will coordinate efforts across the company related to releasing new products to the market. There are several teams involved in the product launch. These include, but are not limited to Product Development, Creative, Ecommerce, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Distribution. Your job will be to ensure that all these teams have the information they need to perform their part of the launch and to ensure all teams remain on schedule to launch on time with an appropriate post launch follow up plan.

Responsibilities:
Develop a launch plan based on the type of product, the intended market and the teams that are involved.
Communicate with all teams providing them with agreed upon timelines and milestones to ensure launch is successful.
Coordinate with all teams throughout the launch.
Track teams progress to ensure all teams remain on schedule and hold them accountable for completing their tasks on time while ensuring that teams that are falling behind get the support they need to get back on track.
Learn teams capabilities to ensure that the plan allows them adequate time to complete their tasks.
Study the results of the launch to get lessons learned and improve future launches.
Qualifications:
6+ years relevant experience managing manufacturing / direct to consumer product launches
6+ years experience collaborating across multiple teams
Ecommerce, manufacturing, or supply chain project experience preferred
Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and company leadership
Experience building a network across a multi-disciplined business
Flexible, not stuck to a plan
Curious and passionate about continuous self-improvement
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain seated for 7+ hours
Must be able to frequently rise to stand and walk
Ability to lift parts and assemble prototypes
Reach with hands and arms
Able to climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to type documents, enter data and grasp/manipulate objects.
