Apply today!Job DetailsSummary:The Manager, Product Marketing is responsible for positioning and promoting digital solutions and Triose to bring new offerings to market and position current offerings. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with business partners, including planning, implementation, and communication of marketing initiatives that align with the annual goals and long-term strategies of Accelerate Pharmacy Solutions. The Manager will leverage customer insights, market trends, and strategic messaging to develop strategic messaging platforms and launch materials in alignment with new and existing services/products that drive business growth.Operating within a collaborative environment, the Manager engages with cross-functional teams and resources to effectively position and market solutions to healthcare customers and stakeholders. The role ensures that all marketing programs and communications align with the business unitxe2x80x99s objectives and Cencoraxe2x80x99s brand identity. The Manager, Product Marketing works under the direct supervision of the Director, Health Systems & Government Services Marketing and collaborates with the Accelerate Pharmacy Solutions management team.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviorsAnalyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to inform product positioning and strategyDevelop and execute marketing launch plans for new products, solutions and features, including personas, value proposition, needs-based segmentation, sales enablement assets (e.g., pitch deck, case studies), marketing mix, and competitive analysisBuild go-to-market plans and execute them effectivelyCollaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution of marketing initiativesPartner closely with the Accelerate Pharmacy Solutions teams to align marketing programs with pipeline objectivesWork with the digital marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that promote solutionsMonitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data and insightsDevelop high-quality content such as case studies, white papers, and thought leadership articlesCollaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to develop channel strategies for promoting content and thought leadership initiativesIdentify and pursue speaking and thought leadership opportunities to enhance the companyxe2x80x99s visibility and influence in the industryCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to position company leaders as industry expertsWork closely with product development, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure product successFacilitate communication between teams to align on product updates, features, and customer feedbackPrepare and deliver value proposition training and marketing presentations that support capabilities deck developmentEngage with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for product improvementConduct customer interviews, surveys, and focus groups to inform developmentGather and analyze customer feedback and performance data to inform product enhancementsTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance, customer satisfaction, and market shareAssist in the development and execution of specific projects and tactical plans to support pricing and product positioning strategies to optimize revenue, market share and profitabilityManage marketing of advisory boardPrepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate product performance and strategic recommendationsManage the budget for product marketing initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROIRequired Skills and Qualifications:Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and support communication and training initiatives to facilitate new business developmentPresent marketing initiatives to internal stakeholders and attend industry-specific conferences as needed to inform and support marketing strategiesDemonstrate financial acumen and logical decision-making related to pricing, deal structure, and financial implicationsDevelop presentations related to key initiatives for internal and external meetings and conferencesCandidates must have experience in product, service, or solution marketingxe2x80x94developing value proposition and product positioning, developing and executing strategic and tactical plans, launching new products and services within a competitive market, and creating content that demonstrates the product or service's valueThe position requires a four-year bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in marketing, communications, product management, business development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and educationNormally requires a minimum of five (5) years of directly related and progressively responsible marketing experienceDemonstrated knowledge and application of product marketing best practices, including brand and product positioning and strategic messaging, and an eye for digital design to develop sales materials and written content to effectively launch and support productsHighly creative and innovative with experience writing for business-to-business audienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsPerform related duties as assignedExcellent organizational and project management skillsAbility to manage and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously and on timeCustomer service-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilitiesRecent work experience in the pharmaceutical, software, consulting services, or healthcare industry is a plusMust be detail-orientedStrong analytical skills10-15% travel requiredWhat Cencora offersWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team membersxe2x80x99 ability to live with purpose every day.
