By interfacing cross-functionally with order management, production, procurement, and warehousing teams, they will develop and maintain optimized production plans that align with our operational objectives and resource availability.How You\'ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with order management to understand order priorities and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Work with production teams to determine capacity and resource availability.
• Work closely with procurement to ensure the timely availability of materials based on production schedules.
• Coordinate with warehousing for efficient inventory management and material dispatch.
• Continuously monitor and adjust schedules based on unforeseen challenges or changes.
• Evaluate production processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders about production statuses, potential delays, and any necessary schedule adjustments.

What You Bring

• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in production planning software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, ensuring smooth collaboration across various departments.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
