As an entry-level product specialist for Bayside Ford, you will be responsible for delivering the Bayside experience for new and returning customers alike. This is a position where you will have unlimited earning potential driven by your motivation and willingness to learn and adapt.

We are currently hiring for our new dealership that is scheduled to open within the next 30 days in Dahlgren, VA. You do not need to wait that long to start, we can begin onboarding and training prior to the shift.

Job Responsibilities

Greet and guide potential customers through the sales process Engage and listen to customers do determine their needs and find the perfect vehicle for their situation. Be an expert. As a product specialist for Bayside Ford, you will be working with a diverse new car inventory along with many used cars. The more you know your product, the better you can assist every customer you interact with. Follow-Up daily with potential customers and work with management to convert opportunities into sales. Customize your vehicle delivery for each customer and ensure you explain the vehicle's features that are important to them. Most importantly, provide a world-class experience for customers that meets and exceeds the Bayside experience.

Qualifications

High School diploma Previous retail experience is preferred Excellent listening skills Valid US Driver's License Ability to work in a team setting Motivation to succeed

Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
