As a Sr Product Support Engineer, you will be using your skills and hands-on expertise to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our product and system prototypes. You\'ll be responsible for assessing our customer needs and determining the most appropriate technical solution for concept and prototype products and systems. You\'re technical responsibilities include product installation, testing, error/defect detection and correction, and coordinating the appropriate corrective action with engineers and operators.
The UAS Product Support Engineer will support the technical requirements for current and new UAS and provide technical support for existing efforts involving a wide breadth of customers. The candidate will work with a distributed team across Sierra Nevada sites to communicate technical challenges, resolve program needs, enable development and test.

Must-haves:
Bachelor\'s degree in a related field of study or typically 10 or more years of related experience
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Progressive hands-on experience with wireless networks, tactical communications and personal computers
Communication and customer interface skills
Comprehensive understanding of system level maintenance of networks and communications systems
Experience with system development lifecycle for UAS programs from concept inception through delivery and fielding (Design, Manufacture/Production, Flight Test, Integration, Training)
Understanding of systems architecture design
Experience working directly with customers and end users
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, written and verbal - candidate will collaborate with a distributed team and product portfolio spanning SNC locations in the US and elsewhere
Must be available to travel up to 50% of the time
Ability to obtain a Top Secret US Security Clearance
