Job Overview


A production employee is responsible for providing the retail staff with a steady supply of flower boxes, prerolls boxes, and a variety of different clean jars. They are also responsible for light outdoor maintenance including shoveling snow and mowing/watering the lawn.

Responsibilities and Duties

Cleaning and sanitization of dishes including various sized serving jars, bamboo and metal lids Organization of clean dishes - putting them in their correct areas after drying Cleaning and organization of surrounding work areas Putting together serving boxes to include all flower and pre-roll packaging Maintaining an adequate supply of packaging materials to include boxes and dishes for the retail staff Communicating with management/leads about packaging needs Taking direction from management regarding outside maintenance Outside maintenance to include shoveling in the winter and watering/mowing the lawn during the summer months.

Requirements of Position

Able to perform quick and efficient work independently Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time Ability to perform repetitive tasks No allergies to products such as dish soap, coconut oil, MCT oil, isopropyl alcohol Ability to safely use equipment such as a lawn mower, leaf/snow blower and shovel Ability to take direction and constructive criticism appropriately and professionally

Qualifications / Certifications:

Alaska Marijuana Handlers Card Municipality of Anchorage Food Handlers Card



Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00/hour.
