Compensation: $16 - $18 per hour

Alliance Industrial Solutions, in partnership with a leading manufacturing company, is actively seeking experienced individuals to join their team as Production Assistants in Aurora, Ohio.

The ideal candidate will assist in the operation of machinery and provide support to our welding team. Responsibilities include preparing materials, operating machinery under supervision, and ensuring the workspace is organized and safe. Schedule/Pay:

• 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 pm - 12:30 am 4 (10 hr shifts)
• Hourly Pay: Starting $16-$18/hour, depending on experience/interview
• Flexible, part time hours also available on a case by case basis!

• Follow detailed instructions and blueprints for assembly work.
• Use hand and power tools to put together components with precision.
• Carefully inspect products, noting any defects, and report them.
• Work with supervisors to solve any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Minimum 1 year previous experience in assembly or manufacturing roles
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, or technical specifications.
• Reliable, punctual, and excellent time management skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as required
• Experience in welding or metalworking is advantageous, but not required.
