Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7Compile and record production data from individual production sheets following approved recording procedures using Excel and Epicor ERP.
\xc2\xb7Create production reports based on data compiled from job travelers and production reports.
\xc2\xb7Responsible for labor and material reconciliation coordinating with material handlers and line leads variance analysis. Make any necessary labor adjustments.
\xc2\xb7Accumulate all necessary documentation to complete job traveler packet.
\xc2\xb7Reconcile daily hours consumed and hours billed coordinating with Temporary agency.
\xc2\xb7Issue any batch adjustments to compounding job based on appropriate documentation with traveler.
\xc2\xb7Post and complete compounding, screening, pre-labeling and finished goods jobs after they are reconciled.
\xc2\xb7Communicates jobs and inventory status with warehouse and Account Management.
\xc2\xb7Coordinate with Micro Department and Shipping department to ensure job travelers are delivered timely.
\xc2\xb7Report all job shortages, and research "root cause".
\xc2\xb7Maintain historical files ensuring easy access for future use.
\xc2\xb7Other responsibilities, assignments or projects as assigned by Management.
Skills and Qualifications:
\xc2\xb7High School Diploma or GED preferred.
\xc2\xb7Ability to do basic math which includes but is not limited to additions, subtraction, division, multiplication, and calculating percentages.
\xc2\xb7Familiar with packaging or filling operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
\xc2\xb7Flexibility to work O.T. when necessary, including Saturday and Sunday.
\xc2\xb7Must follow all company policies and procedures.
