Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Administer and oversee the system scheduling for preventive and corrective maintenance processes and inspections, ensure accountability and compliance in accordance with established policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.Develops and executes methods for assigning work orders, and effectively scheduling both planned and unplanned maintenance tasks for the transit system.Estimate and define requirements for total labor, materials, special tools, equipment, and skill sets for preventative maintenance.Estimate and define requirements for total labor, materials, special tools, equipment, and skill sets for preventative maintenance. * Performing other duties and responsibilities of the position.
