About the Job:
Photocentric Group is an award-winning manufacturer based in Avondale, AZ, US, and the UK. We are innovators of 3D printers, resin, and worldwide leaders in craft stamp manufacturing.
We are looking to hire confident and energetic Production Technicians. As a Production Technician, you will operate all production equipment in accordance with SOPs. The work environment is fast-paced and high-energy. You will be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do.
Schedule:
- 8.0 - hour shift.
- Monday - Friday.
- 06.00am to 2.30pm.
- Overtime when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn to operate all stamp production equipment per standard procedures.
- Create a positive work environment where everyone can perform at their very best.
- Understand all relevant KPIs and drive to meet/exceed targets.
- Meet safety, production goals, quality, and cost initiatives.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience required:
- Have a proven background in production.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and overall leadership skills.
- Ability to run the production equipment with best manufacturing practices within Lean Operating System Context.
- Strong bias for action and sense of urgency.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good team Player.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule in order to meet production and customer needs.
