Job Description

The purpose of this role is to assemble products in our Build-to-Order (BTO) team for
customer orders. This involves using job travellers and associated work instructions to
complete the tasks according to the priorities set by the Fulfilment manager. Vital to the role
is working through Rinstrum processes to achieve timely accurate production of jobs and
reporting and shortages or difficulties in bill of materials to the Fulfilment manager. The role also includes shipping and receiving. Shipping involves the preparation of parts to
ship to customers as directed by the Fulfilment manager to ensure customers receive the
correct parts in good condition when expected. The role requires goods receiving and
counting/checking and storage in the warehouse allowing the production area to operate
effectively so we can supply product to customers in a timely manner and minimise the cost
to business of lost or damaged stock.

• Ensure Repair-to-Order (RTO), BTO and FG parts are stored in the correct locations and
  below safety values are alerted to the fulfillment person.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets, designated shelves, or the
  packing area with items labelled for easy identification by other staff.
• Assemble RTO instruments or BTO instruments as per the work instruction and allocate to
  correct locations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in electronic repairs preferred
• Mechanically minded or experience in electronic assembly
