Position Summary:




The purpose of this position is to coordinate with suppliers to ensure all materials are delivered on time and shipped to support customer requirements. This position will have ongoing support contact with both suppliers and customer windows.

Duties and Responsibilities



Ongoing Supplier Contact and Communication for International Suppliers related to Power Sports, Service, and Aftermarket Ongoing Customer Contact and Communication related to Power Sports, Service, and Aftermarket order fulfillment Responsible for Glovia Customer Releasing Trading Partner Contracts, Customer Item Cross Reference and EDI queue for items related to Service Responsible for Glovia Supplier Releasing, Supplier Set-Up and Maintenance for International Supply parts and all Service exclusive parts Review Buyers Report for Part Shortages/Overages for International Suppliers and all Service exclusive parts Generate and Issue Releases/Purchase Orders and Forecasts to Suppliers for International Suppliers and all Service exclusive parts Create and Maintain an Environment of Continuous Improvement Prepare Build Out /Ramp Up Schedules Report Supplier Compliance with Supplier Manual and Business Plan (MIR) Material Incident Report. Issue MIR's to suppliers for non-compliance

Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience, and Skills):



High school diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years related work experience Experience/Knowledge in warehouse, receiving, and inventory control Basic level proficiency with Windows, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:



2-year College Degree in Business-related field CPIM certification from APICS Able to speak and communicate in Japanese

Ability to work for extended periods of time while sitting Standing, walking, and bending for the duration of the workday Ability to lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds Visual ability to work accurately with detailed information and a computer screen Full motor skills

Work Environment - Travel, Noise, Smells, Quiet, Indoors or Outdoors, etc.



May require up to 1% travel Open office setting Factory setting with noise
