Job Title: Production Supervisor \xe2\x80\x93 1st & 2nd shiftsLocation: Sioux City, IowaSalary: $60-70K plus bonusJob Summary of the Production Supervisor: The Production Supervisor will supervise the production employees on the 1st or 2nd shift operations while ensuring quality food manufacturing products and specifications are met.Job Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor:
- Direct and supervise personnel ensuring quality of production.
- Follow all SOP\xe2\x80\x99s (Standard Operations Procedures)
- Ensure a safe working environment adhering to all safety and health policies and procedures.
- Help to resolve any operating problems or issues.
- Help ensure quality food manufacturing products are produced at the lowest possible cost.
- Enforce all company policies and procedures are met and followed.
