Location: Broken Bow, Oklahoma
Salary: 90K Base Salary + up (Plus Bonus) \xe2\x80\x93 FULL TIME permanent position

• Responsible for supervising a processing production team.
• Maintain excellent quality, sanitation, safety and production standards for the shift\xe2\x80\x99s operation.
• Communicate with team members from Sales and Operations to ensure product orders are being delivered on time and effectively.
• Make certain that sufficient supplies and resources are available to meet the production standards.
• Ensure availability of adequate supplies and materials needed to meet and exceed productivity standards.
• Manage this team of employees by keeping them accountable for results to obtain certain goals and objectives.
• Adherence to GMP, Safety, and all other plant policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years experience in a food or beverage production plant in a supervisory role.
• BS. / BA, Degree preferred not required.
• 3 years or more experience supervising employees directly in a food production or beverage production environment.
• Strong preference to individuals who have worked in a refrigerated or climate-controlled environment and is monitored by the FDA.
• Ability to motivate and train people and monitor the safety & quality of the products produced and the safety of the employees managed.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish is a strong plus)
• Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
