Job Title Production Support Tech l

What does a Production Support Technician do?

You will clean and screen returned Clover devices that come back from existing clients who have reported problems with their device. Youll screen/test all Clover devices received, to ensure we do not send devices with no trouble found (NTF) back to the vendor for repair.

What you will do:

• Rework recommended components of units according to recorded failure; read and interpret Digital Multi Meter.
• Download, configure and test all units according to set procedures and Inspect for cosmetic failures.
• Fully erase any old program stored in unit, disassemble mechanical, electronic and plastic parts.
• Download appropriate test program into unit and fully test functionality
• Repair electronic equipment by replacing electronic or mechanical components (no soldering necessary)
• Reinstall electronic components into electronic subassemblies with correct orientation and location.; reassemble, clean and test units.

What you will need to have:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year work experience in a production environment or equivalent technical education
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

What would be great to have:

• 2 years of electronics repair experience

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
