Benefits also include company paid life insurance and 401K matching of up to 3.5%.SummaryThe Saw Operator\'s primary responsibility is operating industrial saws to cut bar stock and other materials to specified lengths for a given job.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Set-up and operation of industrial saws to cut raw materials to lengths needed for further production
• Able to meet standardized production times related to product being made
• Monitor part quality and identify rejects
• May help train less experienced team members
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to read tape measure and other measurement devices.
• Ability to follow work instructions
• Mechanically inclined
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to use required PPE
• Ability to stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift
• Ability to work overtime based on business needs
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Desired Characteristics:

• Familiarity with Calipers/Micrometers
• Experience with air and hand tools
• Experience operating machinery
