We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Transportation Services Group (TSG). This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and thriving organization that provides transportation engineering services to our clients throughout Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Washington, and Oregon. This position will focus on project delivery, client relationships and business development. This position will report to the North Idaho/Eastern Washington Regional Lead within the TSG and be located out of our Coeur d\'Alene, or Spokane office; J-U-B is supportive of alternative work arrangements to offer flexibility needed on a case-by-case basis.

The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

\xc2\xb7 Lead marketing/business development activities for transportation engineering pursuits.

\xc2\xb7 Develop and manage scopes of work, schedules, contracts, and design budgets for projects.

\xc2\xb7 Lead the development of proposals and interviews for potential projects.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with technical staff assigned to projects including drafters, EIT\'s, and project engineers.

\xc2\xb7 Manage, through collaboration with project engineers, the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure designs for transportation related projects that include local roadway jurisdictions (federal and non-federal aid) as well as regional, WSDOT and ITD funded projects.

\xc2\xb7 This position is a key person in the TSG, leading the development of market share and helping to grow and mentor staff.

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent and a current Idaho or Washington PE license (or ability to obtain through reciprocity within 6 months of starting).

\xc2\xb7 15-20 years of Transportation Engineering experience.

\xc2\xb7 10+ years of licensure as a Professional Engineer.

\xc2\xb7 History working on projects with either LHTAC, WSDOT or ITD is desired.

\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to work in a team setting and to manage project deliverables.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated strong communication and writing skills.

Salary Range:
