What You'll Do

As an

Enhancement Team Lead

, you'll take charge of transforming landscapes by leading a team of 1-3 team members to:

Execute

high-quality landscape enhancement projects

Bring

landscape plans to life with expert planting, hardscaping, and seasonal enhancements

Shape

and

maintain

stunning outdoor spaces through pruning, mulching, and bed design

Operate

and

manage

modern professional-grade landscape equipment

Mentor

team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth

Deliver

outstanding results that exceed client expectations

What We're Looking For

2+ years of professional landscaping experience

(1+ year in a leadership role preferred)*

Strong eye for detail

and passion for outdoor design

Ability to read and implement landscape plans

Proficiency in safely operating landscape equipment

Leadership & communication skills

to motivate and train a team

Valid Driver's License

(Class A CDL preferred)*

Illinois Pesticide License

(or willingness to obtain)*
