The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Acquisition Directorate (CG-9) develops acquisition strategies that deliver affordable assets that meet mission requirements as defined by the Deputy Commandant for Operations and sponsored by the Assistant Commandant for Capability (CG-7). The Learning Management System (LMS) is a software component in the USCG's training suite that automates training administration and recordation by assigning requirements to users, delivering content, recording user activity, and generating reports.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Provides input, and assists with development and management of acquisition related documents, such as Program Management Plans, Acquisition Program Baselines, Acquisition Life Cycle Tailoring plans
Assists with implementation of Risk, Opportunity, and Issue Management for Non-Major Acquisition Program
Assists with Change Management and managing a document repository in MS TEAMS and SharePoint
Assists with development of high-level program briefings and correspondence
Manages program schedule including preparation of briefing charts showing dependencies and major program milestones

Requirements:

Knowledge and experience with DoD Acquisition management processes, tools, and techniques required.
Excellent organizational and both oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work well with a team, execute tasks and projects in a timely and accurate manner.
Ability to write and present effective project materials, presentations, status -reporting, etc.
Provide support in the development of processes and procedures to support program execution and oversight.
Education:

Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years' experience
USCG Experience Highly Preferred
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
