Position Summary
Under the general direction of the Dean of the Institute for Business and Information Technology (iBIT), reporting to the Principal Program Manager for the Bachelors of Applied Science (BAS) Programs, the Program Assistant works collaboratively with each iBIT BAS Program Manager to support the BAS programs\' mission and goals, and to recruit and retain students into the applied baccalaureate programs. This position will also coordinate with faculty Program Chairs of Associate degree programs on developing pathways for students into BAS degrees. The position provides general office and operational support and has frequent communication with students, faculty, and program partners. The position also involves managing ongoing student tracking and report creation.
Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule
Annual Salary: $33,588- $44,412
Annual salary will be commensurate with candidate\'s qualifications and related experience.

About the Department
The Institute for Business and Information Technology (IBIT) encompasses both Instructional and Professional/Technical degree and certificate options crossing multiple program areas. IBIT serves a diverse student population which has wide-ranging interests focusing on academic preparation to career progression, and encompassing high-school students to adult learners with a wide range of student abilities from at-risk to advanced, along with sometimes shortened cycles of impact due to completion of certificates or the securing of employment during the program. This places additional demands and pressures on faculty in Professional/Technical programs while also adding significant value to students by way of opportunity creation in challenging economic times.
