Posting Summary
Provide program support, logistical coordination, and program implementation in collaboration with program developers and planners. Maintain project management schedule. Disseminate information to specific teams, audiences, and supervisor. Provide documentation and recordkeeping for onsite logistical coordination for courses and programs. Create, update, and maintain documents. Collaborate to coordinate marketing and outreach efforts on website, onsite, on campus, or other media outlets. Review web pages, make minor edits online, and submit updates. Maintain and prepare enrollment reports. Communicate with students/ participants enrolled in programs to assist with program logistics. Supervision received from Project Manager.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor\'s degree in related field and one to three years related experience required to include experience in program coordination, logistics, data reporting and analysis. Detail-oriented and effective organizational and coordination skills required. Effective interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills required. Competency with spreadsheet, word processing, database, CRM and learning management systems software and use of Internet technologies required. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work effectively in team environment required.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience working with students and faculty in academic program coordination and administration in higher education setting desired. Knowledge of higher education philosophy, governance, structure and culture desired. Familiarity with FERPA and student confidentiality policies desired.

Special Conditions Bargaining unit position, External candidates must complete a 4-month probationary period, A probationary period may be required for current UVM employees, This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy
