Program Manager 2
to join our dynamic Neuro Services team. This critical role will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and participating in a variety of administrative and clinical activities related to the cranial program within our Neuroscience service line.
In this role, you will:
Oversee and manage the
conference planning
process for neuro conference related events and initiatives.
Provide leadership and support for the
NPH (Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus) program
, working to improve patient outcomes and streamline care pathways.
Manage and enhance the
pituitary program
, fostering collaboration among specialists and ensuring access to cutting-edge treatments.
Support and grow our
brain tumor program
, collaborating with physicians and staff to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care.
Drive
quality work
initiatives within the cranial program, utilizing data analysis and best practices to improve patient care and safety.
Lead and support efforts to obtain and maintain
disease-specific certifications
relevant to the cranial program, demonstrating our commitment to excellence.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies.
Monitor program performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, patients, and community partners.
Stay current with the latest advancements in neuroscience and healthcare regulations.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
Experience: 5 years of experience in specialty area
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License from State of Practice
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with the management of neurosurgical patients is highly desirable.
Experience in healthcare program management or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, quality improvement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
