About the team

The Business Operations & Chief of Staff Office supports business process efficiencies through the creation and management of works to assist in creating and managing various strategic and operational projects, programs, and initiatives.

What you will be doing?

• Providing support to business executives through strategic planning initiatives, business line reviews, long range planning, and refreshing business and product strategies

• Assisting in defining and publishing business KPIs, maintaining score cards, and providing executive reporting packages and business insights to leadership

• Driving communication for the division both internal and external, working with marketing to maintain executive branding, and assisting in facilitation of non-corporate industry events

• Responsible for operational processes including business overviews, supporting functions such as client engagement, and engaging in operational projects and program oversight

• Producing executive level presentations

What you will need:

• Excited and energized by diverse workloads, fast paced environments and executive exposure

• The ability to interpret and communicate data from various parts of business to support strategic programs and initiatives

• Expertise in program management and/or long-term project management

• Business knowledge and the ability to translate technical division specific jargon to business language

• A bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, communications, or other related discipline
