THE OPPORTUNITY

The Global Cybersecurity Services Program Manager will support the execution of privacy and cybersecurity elements across global programs and services. Executions include working with multiple security, IT and engineering leadership/stakeholders and a variety of security, Privacy, IT, and engineering technical resources to identify and plan privacy and cybersecurity work to meet and exceed corporate initiatives. Deliverables include, but are not limited to, creating work breakdown structures (WBS), project plans, project cost estimates, project recommendations, status reports, and executive presentations. Work closely with variety of IT and engineering technically skilled people (systems and design release engineers). Oversee work of contractors and coordinate work with IT and engineering managers, leaders, and analysts.

\xc2\xb7 Manage multiple projects with broad scope, ambiguity, and high degree of difficulty

\xc2\xb7 Develop executive communications for cybersecurity and privacy

\xc2\xb7 Manage and maintain cybersecurity and privacy financial portfolio

\xc2\xb7 Expert in demonstrating proficiency in a wide range of cybersecurity and privacy technologies and platforms

\xc2\xb7 Expert with a high level of analytical ability where problems are typically unusual and difficult - gather and interpret complex qualitative or quantitative data

\xc2\xb7 Maintain a working knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles and elements

\xc2\xb7 Understand global program structure, launch plan and timing, and global program ownership

\xc2\xb7 Answer front-line questions from program teams, cybersecurity, IT, engineering, and restaurant operations teams

\xc2\xb7 Accountable for understanding and communicating security and privacy policies, requirements, controls, and standards

\xc2\xb7 Coordinates input from internal/external customers to better understand customer needs and/or perceptions

\xc2\xb7 Establishes a course of action to accomplish completion of assigned projects and work activities

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with validation efforts to ensure on-time execution

\xc2\xb7 Synthesize information into reports for leadership and working team

\xc2\xb7 Able to work with multiple teams in developmental and operational phases of system to ensure business needs are met

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL BRING TO THE TABLE

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred.

\xc2\xb7 5 years\' experience in project management/communications or consulting fields

\xc2\xb7 Industry certifications (CISM, CISSP, CIPT, CIPM) preferred

\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to influence without authority.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to balance risks in ambiguous and complex situations with a bias to execution and delivery.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, in leading or contributing to global and multi-functional teams.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $ 153,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
