The PM must be a dynamic leader with excellent managerial and communication skills and demonstratable superior customer support. The PM will lead a multi-disciplined team including logistics, procurement, and technical personnel to perform quick-reaction support services. The manager is expected to independently interact with variety of customers on a daily basis, self-motivated and able to independently prioritize tasking in a very complex and dynamic environment. Tasking on this job may vary from day to day. There are a variety of deliverables the PM will be solely responsible for submitting in accordance with the contract documents. The PM will be expected to staff the program appropriately, anticipating growth and turnover without interrupting mission. The PM will be expected to meet every goal established in the scope of work while developing the program into gold standard example of Raytheon\xe2\x80\x99s commitment to our customer. Requirement Skills/Background: Must have a minimum of 10 years of related experience managing dynamic teams, meeting requirements, and consistently delivering. Will be responsible for communicating requirement that are received accurately and effectively to the team. Planning and organizing resources.
