Salary $85,000 - 115,000 with bonus opportunity

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

With a vision to be the first - and only \xe2\x80\x93 place people go to renovate their bathroom, we are in search of a passionate, results-driven marketing leader to help lead a team and build a brand that will drive leads and growth. In addition to strategic planning, leadership and superior analytical skills, the ideal candidate must also be creative and collaborative. As the marketing manager, you will execute on the overall brand strategy and integrated marketing programs that build brand loyalty, awareness, and engagement. You will partner with the Chief Revenue Officer and advise the executive team on marketing and industry trends, new technology and help implement plans to grow the company. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategic and financial goals annually and long-term.

You must have a passion for smart branding, integrated campaigns across traditional and digital initiatives, including, but not limited to: TV campaign creative and media placement, print advertising, direct mail, public relations, content marketing, digital initiatives, and social media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Spearhead marketing strategies and campaigns across all channels, markets and services.
  • Utilize research to help develop dynamic and engaging content to drive leads and sales
  • Drive qualified sales leads in new business, customer retention and referral business.
  • Drive franchisee results by routine metric driven consultations with franchisees on marketing plans, marketing spend and CPL. Ensure changes are made to help increase brand awareness, loyalty and local leads.
  • Advise executive leadership team on growing the company, position and brand based on competitive insights, utilizing latest marketing technologies and trends.
  • Lead a diverse team of talent and manage marketing vendors across traditional advertising, content management, digital-social media, franchise sales marketing and marketing communications.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs, tools and training for the franchise network along with performance assessments and measurements.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to support new business development efforts to expand the franchise base.
  • Budget and optimize marketing spend across all channels to maximize ROI and achieve brand awareness, sales, revenue and profitability goals.
  • Analyze markets, revenue streams, clients and channels through analytical models to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that optimize our growth, marketing resources and spend.
  • Plan, develop and implement marketing tools, guides and training to help support local franchises.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Driven, collaborative, growth-focused marketing professional.
  • Confident and assertive with a high sense of responsibility, quality, ethics and integrity.
  • 10+ years in marketing with a proven track record of revenue growth.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in marketing as a director, supervisor or similar.
  • Extensive understanding of digital landscape and campaign development best practices that will complement traditional advertising approaches.
  • Experience developing multi-channel marketing campaigns at a national level and in multiple markets to support local lead generation.
  • A strong leader capable of attracting, developing, managing, motivating, and inspiring a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Advanced analytical skills in interpreting trends and data.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient personal computer and presentation skills, including MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or higher, preferably in marketing or communications.
