Monte Nido Tyson\'s Corner, located in McLean, VA is a primary eating disorder day treatment program exclusively for adults seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Through partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming, clients participate in group and individual therapy, benefit from Monte Nido\xe2\x80\x99s clinical, medical, psychiatric and nutritional expertise and experience real life challenges.

We are seeking a Program Manager to join the Monte Nido team.

Responsibilities Include::

• Executes daily operations including supervision of administrative services, personnel management, and interdepartmental coordination
• Attends to environment of care
• Conducts regulatory audits
• Support facility staff in job performance
• Facilitates communication with clients and families
• Oversees quality improvement and risk management systems

Qualifications::

• Bachelor\'s degree at minimum; higher degree desirable.
• Experience in office management preferred.
• Experience in leadership at a Residential or Day Treatment program.
• Active CPR or BLS certification prior to starting work.
• Knowledge of The Joint Commission standards.
• Proficiency in written and oral communications.
• Able to maintain patient confidentiality to standards of state and federal law
