Anticipated End Date: 2025-02-25Position Title: Program Manager - WA:Program Manager - Washington*This is an Individual Contributor role.Location: This position is required to work a Hybrid Model (office and remote). Ideal candidates Must live within 50 miles to the Elevance Health corporate office located in Seattle, Washington.Work Shift: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (PST).The Program Manager is responsible for the development and ongoing management of one or more multi-year complex discharge program designed to support the transition of members from inpatient settings to community based less restrictive settings. Program managers typically support business strategies through an integrated portfolio of external client facing projects or initiatives. A program manager may have responsibility for a piece of a larger enterprise/regional external client facing program.How you will make an impact:Develop program success measures and performs periodic assessments of program success.Engage and liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and facilitate effective communication.Coordinate with internal business partners regarding contract compliance, financial impacts and interdepartmental requirements.Manage and coordinate the development, approval, implementation and compliance of on-going external client facing programs.Ensure program meets its stated objectives.Provide subject matter expertise in response to day to day external client facing business issues.Research applicable subject matter practices and remains aware of industry trends.Manage external client facing relationships and partners with corporate and regional business areas.Coordinate training related to external client facing program.Minimum Requirements:Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years external client facing experience in program management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:Experience working in the healthcare industry highly desired.Experience with complex discharge from inpatient settings highly preferred.Experience working with EMR systems.Licensed mental health professional in the State of Washington preferred.Graduate degree preferred.For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $103,408 to $155,112Location: WashingtonIn addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
