1. As a Program Scheduler, your duties:1.1 Assists schedulers with program schedule updates while coordinating input from various Facilities teams1.2 Analyzes schedules for proper use of program level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary to ensure data integrity1.3 Performs QA/QC on P6 schedules and validates logic ties to ensure conformance with scheduling guidelines for various project types1.4 Performs QA/QC on contractors schedule submittals for conformance with contract scope and terms1.5 Reads drawings to determine if work is in or out of scope and understands terms and conditions of the contract to determine if any compensable or non-compensable time extensions have merit.1.6 Performs Critical Path and Earned Value analyses1.7 Assists the scheduling team in reporting projects as necessary2. Minimum Requirements Required Experience:
2.1 One (1) yearof full time paid professional experience responsible in Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably on multiple educational facilities or public works projects.Required Skills: 2.2 Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite2.3 Excellent written and verbal communication skills2.4 Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff2.5 Superior organizational and planning skillsRequired Education: 2.6 Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction ManagementJob Type: Full-timePay: From $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:
