May substitute with three years' experience in Consumer Information Systems, Computer Systems Support, or related technical processing environment.EXPERIENCE:Minimum one year experience working in a technical role related to telecommunications.JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Must be able to perform complicated research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong organizational and planning skills. Impeccable written and verbal communication. Experience with both IT application and infrastructure solutions a plus.MAJOR JOB TASKS:

• Supports in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, quality assurance, process development and training plans associated with OzarksGo business functions.
• Responsible for input, notes, planning, status reporting, troubleshooting, and problem resolution to ensure completion of projects on schedule prior to a live date.
• Will assist in the facilitation of planning and scoping sessions, testing implementations and software changes, troubleshooting user questions about enterprise applications and creating documentation outlining process improvements.
• Monitors project risks and explores issue resolutions as they relate to meeting the overall schedule and quality commitments.
• Coordinates activities and communication between associated project team members, enterprise application vendors and the project management team to have lateral and vertical communication.
• Tracks project progress and provides status reports on all projects associated with OzarksGo.
• Analyzes various systems and processes; applies appropriate programs and tools to assist in systems integration, automation, or other key technology functions. Monitors and reports on success of implementation once project is completed.
• Performs or assists in subsequent testing, installation, and maintenance of new or modified software systems through upgrades, new implementations or other process changes that impact OzarksGo.
• Maintains a record of work and Help Desk activities related to software support and change management.
• Prepares and maintains any documentation or training materials as necessary for projects and process improvements related to OzarksGo.
• Maintain customer requests for enhancements, bug fixes and software issues with associated enterprise applications. Complete follow up with internal resources to determine customer requests and assist in the close out and cleanup of tickets related to OzarksGo.
• Inputs proposals directly into project management software as needed from the business function.

• Work is performed in an office environment. Weekends, evening hours, overtime and/or overnight travel will occasionally be necessary.
