Your Opportunity
Stantec is seeking a Project Control Contract Administrator to join our team. This role can be fully remote and is flexible for 24 to 40 hours per week (part-time or full time). We seek team players who desire and thrive in a collaborative work environment, have excellent communication talents, superior organization mindset, and strong analytical problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will possess at least two years\' experience in a project support role performing similar tasks. This role requires a willingness to work as part of a team to successfully deliver projects of varying size and complexity.
Your Key Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of the scope of the project and key project team members
Support development of proposal fee estimates
Develop and implement work breakdown structure
Facilitate internal setup of new projects and tracking of existing projects
Assist project manager to facilitate subcontracts, coordinate collection and submission of insurance documents, and other contracting requirements as requested by the project manager
Review project charges and coordinate corrections with project team members and accounting as needed
Develop client invoices and work with project managers and accounting to facilitate timely and accurate invoicing
Process subconsultant invoices and track subconsultant budgets
Prepare various financial status reports and distribute to project team
Coordinate with project managers, discipline leads, and key project team members to facilitate updates to earned value and forecast reports in internal reporting systems
Qualifications
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Willingness to learn new tools/systems and processes
Attention to detail and good record keeping skills
Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate in a project team setting and to engage in creative and critical thought
Ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines
Advanced skills in MS Office
Microsoft Power BI or Oracle Analytics experience preferred
Education and Experience
High School Diploma/GED required
Minimum two (2) years\' documented experience in contract administrative/financial work
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.

Salary Range(s):
28.17 - 39.47 (CA, CO, WA locations only)
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
