ATA Services, Inc., is looking for a temporary project coordinator for our client Colorado\'s Department of Public Safety. Details listed below:

Title - Project Coordinator

Duration \xe2\x80\x93 end of the year (2023)

Hours 8-4:30 with some flexibility if needed

Location - Remote work but must be available to go in for training in-person at Lakewood facility.

Scope of Work - The State uses Origami to capture real property (buildings) they are still using or new ones added and contents (furniture, etc.) for insurance purposes. Core responsibilities: 1) reconcile what\'s in the system now with what they have. 2) catch up on data entry meaning you may need to collect info from other divisions. 3) Outline a business process that helps them stay current. In addition, this position would entail a lot of data entry into their system.

Their clients are the State Patrol, CBI, Fire Prevention, etc. and their offices, forensic labs, airplane hangers, etc.
