  • Coordinate projects such as renovations, repairs, and improvements, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Request and keep current all contracts required by tenant, including required maintenance appointments, lease agreements, lease terms, renewals, and lease amendments.
  • Maintain building maintenance scheduling for both preventative and major maintenance.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records, preparing reports, and generating documentation related to lease agreements, tenant communications, and property management activities.
  • Coordinate tenant charges as required from lease.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
  • Qualify vendors by keeping record of current W9 and COI files
  • Keep the Master Tenant Contact List and Vendor info sheet current
  • Obtain quotes for major jobs, schedule and keep track of all current maintenance appointments, and obtain before and after pictures, and document job completion information
  • Cultivate positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate property inspections both before and after lease agreements:
  • Document the condition of the property and address any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Handle all violation notifications (notifying, scheduling, emailing, pictures, etc.)
  • Research historical information as needed.
  • Assisting in budget preparation, tracking expenses.
Secondary Functions: * Property management background
  • Prior experience with lease documents
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Required: * Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent work ethic and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to read technical documents with comprehension and recall
  • Capacity and desire to expand knowledge of field
  • Initiate, maintain, and complete both short term and long-term projects simultaneously
  • Able to work independently and work effectively as a member of a team
  • Able to finish projects both quickly and accurately
  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with employees, maintaining a warm and professional manner with a positive employee relations and customer service mindset
