Our client in McMinnville, OR, is looking for a Engineering Project Coordinator / Manager to join their team. You will manage technical and engineering aspects of divisional projects, including planning, execution, and control of capital investments, maintaining adherence to budget, quality, and schedule parameters.

Job Title: Engineering Project Coordinator / Manager
Location: McMinnville, OR
Pay Rate: $110,000 - $115,000

About the Role:

• Apply knowledge of steel mill capital projects, operations, construction requirements and constraints to ensure successful project outcomes; liaise with operating management, personnel, contractors, and vendors, making recommendations regarding material, service, and equipment selection.
• Oversee and supervise interdisciplinary teams responsible for the coordination, installation, and construction of projects in the mill; ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, codes, safety requirements, and permits.
• Develop and sustain knowledge of facilities, equipment, processes, and personnel management related to engineering matters; participate in safety activities, monitor cost management data, and maintain accurate expenditure and capital forecasting.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management and proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Oracle System, with advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Project.
• Steel Industry experience required
