Project Cost Associate \xe2\x80\x93 Maintenance Capital

Where will you work: Onsite (5880 Manley Road, South Ft Meade, Fl 33841)

The Project Cost Associate partners with the Florida Mining workflow team to provide project controls support for maintenance capital. This position works closely with Project Managers on forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and completion reports.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do?

Project Controls requirements \xe2\x80\x93 prepare monthly accruals and other journal entries for processing, perform project reconciliations, one-page summaries and governance reports on assigned projects, create and collect responses for monthly variance report, enter budgets for and maintain project reporting data for approved projects in SAP, assist with data entry for annual budget process.

Assist Project Managers with forecasting by WBS element (work breakdown structure), review contractor invoices against contract for payment and assist with other contract administration duties, prepare completion reports for approval and processing by Fixed Assets, maintain active list of work orders and purchase orders, and project closeouts.

Attend Contractor kickoff meetings, assemble files requested by internal / external auditors, perform ad-hoc reporting requests utilizing Maximo / SAP / Business Objects as requested, etc.

Perform administrative duties for the Mining Maintenance Capital team as assigned.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:

Accounting or Administration diploma.

Experience using Microsoft Office as advanced Excel skills are a requirement for this position.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities.

Employment is subject to successfully completing Mosaic\'s pre-employment checks including criminal, drug, and alcohol testing.

Must be authorized to work in U.S.

Bonus if you have the following:

Prior experience related to capital asset construction would be an asset.

3+ years of experience in Project Controls preferred.

Experience with SAP, Maximo, and Business Objects preferred.
