Opportunity to work alongside top Project Manager in the Madison office
Work with the Project Manager on assembling the bid/budget of the project
Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors in the market
Set up the project alongside the Project Manager
Develop a thorough understanding of the project plans and specifications
Facilitating regular meetings with all project partners
Prepare change orders, subcontract change orders and other documents
Working with the project team to prepare and distribute meeting minutes, RFI\'s, RFP\'s, etc.
Process shop drawings, submittals, design clarifications, project supplements, safety inspection reports, subcontractor and supplier billings, etc.
Assisting the PM in collecting all required project closeout information

Experienced Project Engineer with 1-3 years of experience overseeing ground up commercial construction projects
Projects should include:commercial office space, healthcare, light industrial, aviation, etc.
Ability to learn ans grow with a fast paced company
The desire to become a Project Manager in the future
Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is a plus
