Location: Sparks, NV OR DeSoto, KS
Duration: 9+ months
Position Type : Hourly Basis on W2 onlyNote

HOURS PER WEEK: 40
PURPOSE/ MISSION OF TEAM: any new projects coming up? Why would someone want to join your team? Upward mobility?

Manager Notes:

This is an ONSTE role. Submit candidates that are local to DeSoto, KS or Sparks, NV
Looking for someone to support KS and NV job descriptions
Experience with Workday is a plus.
Must have interpersonal skills because they will be collaborating with leaders and managers.
20 % travel - Depending on where the candidate is located, they must be comfortable to travel to either site; Kansas or Nevada.

Detailed :

Lead the job description update project for client to align roles across KS and NV.
Work across functions with compensation, HR, legal, safety, operations, recruiting, etc. to confirm/update all job descriptions to ensure role description clearly defines job duties, aligns with company career progression goals, outlines physical requirements, and is aligned with all ISO and other compliance requirements.
