Description: This person must reside in Ohio, Michigan, Iowa, Arkansas, or Connecticut

We are looking for an architectural project manager to join our growing retail firm!

- Oversite of the project team

- Work on multiple projects

- Participation in the design process

- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings

- Development of schematic design, design development, and construction documents

- Review architectural drawings for federal, state, and local code compliance

- Coordination of the project team\xe2\x80\x99s work

- Monitor the progress of all construction phases

- Manage correspondence with clients, vendors, consultants, etc.

- Responsible for project schedule and budget

- Build and maintain client relations

- Assist with construction administration

You will be a Full-Time W-2 employee of Actalent where you would receive an hourly wage, holiday pay, PTO/Vacation, Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision insurance). After being an employee of Actalent for 12-months, the Architecture firm will either hire you on to their permanent staff OR you may continue to remain as an Actalent consultant

Autocad, Design, Drafting, Blueprint, Revit, architectural autocad, Architecture, Construction document

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to travel up to twice monthly
• Ability to survey. We can teach them our way, but they need to be willing. Including the physicality of moving ladders, going on roofs etc.
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• AutoCad proficient
• Experience in retail, childcare or restaurant architecture
