We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Commercial experience in St. Peters, MO. As the Project Manager you will manage people and our construction projects from initiation to completion. • Overseeing scheduling, budgets, documentation, etc. of project from beginning to end
• Ability to lead a team by providing intentional and proactive leadership within the safety culture on site
• Oversee the management of successful construction projects
• Preparing reports on construction progress and cost for client
• Negotiate, award, and administer all subcontractors, purchase orders, and change orders on construction projects
• May have to go to job site at beginning of projects

• 10 years of of experience in construction industry
• Degree is not required for this role
• Can hit the ground running
• Able to manage people and projects from beginning to end
• Experience w/ planning, RFIs, submittals, bidding, keeping up w/ schedules, change orders, etc.
• Proficient in Procore
• Assertive on site
• Confident person that is hard working and willing to take charge
• Preferably experience with a variety of project experience
• Can asses safety concerns on site

Projects range from $1M - $10M, and the company plans to continuously grow and expand to new client bases. This client offers an amazing compensation package with a high base salary and lucrative bonuses.

• $100,000-$120,000 salary range dependent on experience
