CQC is a community-centered leader in whole home renovation, kitchen remodeling, and bathroom remodeling in central North Carolina. We provide personalized care and visionary expertise to each of our customers, bringing their dream home into beautiful reality. Our firm is growing and in need of a qualified Project Manager. The Project Manager role is a pivotal part of the CQC family. This position drives the business forward and is on the frontlines of fulfilling our mission of tangibly improving the lives of our customers. What you will accomplish:

• Customer Engagement \xe2\x80\x93 Build schedules, job logs and photos through our CRM.
• Sub-Contractor Management \xe2\x80\x93 scheduling subcontractors per construction schedule & quality control of work.
• Scope Management \xe2\x80\x93 responsible for raising awareness of any deviations from scope before work commences.
• Material takeoffs \xe2\x80\x93 ensure the Project Director knows what to order in a timely manner.
• Jobsite Prep \xe2\x80\x93 manage prep and protect the jobsite prior to beginning job
• Jobsite Clean-up \xe2\x80\x93 manage process to keep jobsite safe, clean and organized.
• Building code \xe2\x80\x93 Adhere to building codes and at a minimum know where to look, schedule and work with inspections.
• Skillset \xe2\x80\x93 framing decks, porches, additions, roofs, cutting in dormers and staircases, trim, caulking and filling, install shelving, cabinets, finishing out work and punch list.
• Manage \xe2\x80\x93 All trade work: demo, framing, insulation, foundations, flat work, landscape & hardscape, MEPs, drywall, window & door installation, siding & exterior trim, roofing & flashing, deck & porch framing, screening, all types of flooring, cabinetry & complex trim or built-ins, painting and punch out.
• Following Company Processes and Systems \xe2\x80\x93 ensuring compliance for every step.

Requirements needed for this role:

• Experience: 5+ years in home construction related field, 2+ years managing job sites.
• Education: High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Mechanical Skills: ability to work with a variety of tools and machines.
• Math Skills: ability to measure materials to be cut and installed.
• Detail Oriented: ability to be very precise, measure distances and the size of items and an eye for detail.
• Critical Thinking Skills: ability to problem solve when issues arise in a project and foresee them before they occur.
• Leadership: ability to coach, develop and motivate people.
• Communication: ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams.
