We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team at Sam\'s Club Member Access Platform (MAP). As a Sales Coordinator, you will have a pivotal role in supporting the Sales team. Your primary responsibilities will involve a wide range of tasks, including supporting the sales teams communication cadence, facilitating & organizing various recurring meetings, supporting sales wins and handling ad hoc projects.
Your exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining effective communication channels within the team. Additionally, you will play a key role in capturing important information and action items during meetings, and distributing comprehensive notes to relevant stakeholders, facilitating efficient follow-up and execution of tasks.
As a Sales Coordinator, clear and effective communication is paramount. You will be responsible for maintaining strong and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will enable you to convey information clearly and concisely, ensuring effective collaboration and seamless coordination within the sales team.
Supporting our sales leadership, you will assist in the preparation of compelling PowerPoint presentations and reports, helping to convey our advertising solutions effectively to clients and stakeholders. Your expertise in PowerPoint will enable you to create visually engaging materials that align with our branding and messaging guidelines. Furthermore, your proficiency in Excel will be utilized for various initiatives, such as data analysis, tracking sales performance metrics, and generating reports to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
In this dynamic role, you will be involved in ad hoc projects that require your adaptability and problem-solving skills. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will gather information, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
