What You Will Be Doing
-Coordinating design preparation documents with the pre-development and design teams to guarantee compliance and quality requirements
-Attending and organizing weekly meetings, as well as keeping track of correspondence and records.
-Supervising the procurement of contracts and subcontracts for new construction projects through bidding, negotiation, and award
-Directly coordinating, organizing, and supervising the entire building process.
-Manage and work within specific budgetary constraints to make sure projects are finished within the allocated budget
What You Need for this Position
At least 3-5 years of Project Management experience with:
- Understands taking a job from estimate to completion
- Managing subs
- Produce quality scopes and schedules
- Issueing change orders
