Job Description

The primary function of the position is to manage filtration projects ranging from small pilot plants valued from as low as $25k to multi-machine projects up to ~$15M.

Job Title: Project Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Contract To Hire
Location: Champlin, MN (Remote \xe2\x80\x93 occasional travel onsite)
Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 + depending on experience (plus, 10-12.5% bonus once hired on)

Key Responsibilities

• This is a very customer facing position. In most cases you will be the one to kickoff the project with the customer via phone meeting or in person. You will initiate and develop the customer relationship from an OFCE (project execution and implementation) perspective.
• You would drive clarification of the customer\xe2\x80\x99s process, floorspace, utility, component, and delivery requirements
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll engineer the filtration system(s) process using what you\xe2\x80\x99ll learn about the science of filtration, by using local processes and tools, then you\xe2\x80\x99ll drive review & approval of engineered P&IDs with our filtration experts following your process design of our systems.
• To do this, you\xe2\x80\x99ll use Autocad to modify sales P&IDs for your projects as per finalized customer requirements and engineering
• You\xe2\x80\x99d create the bill of materials based on your engineered design, and communicate the BOM to our buyer for purchasing

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, Engineering Preferred
• 2-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 of related work experience within Project Management/Engineering
• Results-oriented and focused on delivering timely, accurate and premium execution
• Experience in managing capital projects
• Travel Requirement: Less than 25% (U.S. and Canada)
