Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate playground installation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and estimating. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects nationwide, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction. Implement effective communication strategies among team members and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration. Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management within the construction industry. Familiarity with schematics and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure. Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ability to speak Spanish preferred. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required. Certified Playground Safety Inspector designation preferred but not required.

Pay: $87,593.00 - $94,718.00 per year
