Position:
Project Manager, WMS
:

Arrow Electronics is seeking a driven and collaborative Project Manager for WMS projects. This candidate will be responsible to define and deliver the processes, tools and solutions to drive the organization toward a best-in-class supply chain organization for our customers. This role will plan and deploy various projects in support of meeting our customers and internal logistics needs.

What You\'ll Be Doing:

• Lead cross-functional projects with a focus on continuous improvement and global standardization for customers
• Provide support for current state and future state context diagrams and process mapping
• Spearhead projects to improve product visibility across entire global network
• Lead stakeholder management sessions and keep leadership abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication
• Collaborate with global partners to support and implement a solution for customer projects
• Roll out and complete system implementations within TMS, WMS, ERP Planning software, and different integrations within customer/Arrow
• Collect, enter, and organize data and other information to support research projects
• Carry out basic analytic tasks; organize materials and provides draft inputs to written products such as literature reviews, project documentation, progress reports, research reports, and briefings
• Lead projects in a specialized area (such as 5S, M&A, etc).
• Lead project calls, assigns work and manages project to timeline and outcomes
• Assist in training new and existing employees with regard to policies and procedures related to project outcomes
• Interview internal and external stakeholders to wrap up and roll out a full customer integration as needed across logistics sectors
• Analyze business functions, key operations, and performance metrics
• Create a cohesive global strategy for Operations metrics and champion adoption of dashboards
• Partner with regional leaders and customers to provide metrics and dashboards relevant within the region

What We are Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of experience in a project management and/or systems implementation role and a Bachelors Degre;, or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of WMS system process knowledge
• Demonstrated success leading projects across multiple functions, communicating effectively to both senior executives and subordinates
• Experience working within WMS and ERP systems including implementation and/or system upgrades
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaboration skills
• High degree of initiative and autonomy
• Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
• Lean or Six Sigma Greenbelt certification preferred
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing or engineering environment preferred

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$81,100.00 - $94,831.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
