If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job Title Project Manager-AdvisorWhat does a great Project Management Advisor do at Fiserv?As a Project Management Advisor, you will play a meaningful role in the delivery of our solutions to our new and existing client base. You will partner with multiple teams within the organization and work with external clients in leading key activities. As the advisor you will ensure the installation process is completed on time, following client requirements.What you will do:

• Function as the primary project contact for clients and internal groups.
• Take projects from original concept through final implementation working with internal resources and external customers providing continuous project feedback and status updates to key stakeholders.
• Manage multiple implementation tasks with other internal groups to ensure project completion following client requirements.
• Develop and support professional client relationships and manage expectations with respect to live dates and other key timelines.
• Provide occasional after hour support of client implementations.
• Play a role in the operational readiness of new products and features, ensuring the implementation process is outlined, well documented and scalable.
• Manage and drive multiple efforts simultaneously with a focus on implementation excellence.
• Must have excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to effectively multitask, facilitate issue resolution, attention to detail.

What you will need to have:

• Six plus years of project management experience,
• One to three years of experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• High School Diploma/GED.

What would be great to have:

• Previous EFT/Financial industry experience.
• Positive mental attitude.
• Masters degree in business.
• Project Management Certification.
