HOW A PROJECT/TASK MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\xe2\x97\x8f Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project. Supervises at least 15 employees
\xe2\x97\x8f Facilitate and or attend regular internal and external meetings with cable pre fab team, teaming partners, and customer to manage project.
\xe2\x97\x8f Work with other project managers internally to plan for production.
\xe2\x97\x8f This project has a dedicated production team subordinate to the project manager.
\xe2\x97\x8f Position is customer facing and requires occasional travel to conduct site visits.

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
\xe2\x97\x8f Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or experience equivalency.
\xe2\x97\x8f Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience.
\xe2\x97\x8f Required Technical Skills: Comprehensive understanding of naval ships construction, repair, and associated requirements. Management of operating budget and projecting EAC\'s.
\xe2\x97\x8f Security Clearance Level: Eligible for secret.
\xe2\x97\x8f Required Skills and Abilities: Communication, problem solving.
\xe2\x97\x8f Location: On-Site
\xe2\x97\x8f US Citizenship Required
