Legacy Property Management is a premier property management firm established in 2006. Headquartered in Clackamas, OR, we manage over 100 single and multi-family properties in the Greater Portland Area. With our rapidly growing property portfolio, we are seeking qualified Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as a a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and painting
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure their longevity
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in preparing units for move-in
• Ensure all work orders and maintenance records are properly documented
• Participate in on-call rotation to respond to after-hours emergencies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must have a valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs or ladders
