Proposal Analyst Internship
Internship Program Overview
At ServiceNow, we\'re looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their career, all while making a giant impact. Team
Come join Global Proposal Services and work with a global team of highly talented proposal and project managers as we transform the art and best practices of creating winning proposals. This team is responsible for developing best-in-class, compelling proposals supporting the sales team as ServiceNow strives to become the defining software company of the 21st century.
Role
Day to day, you will be a proposal and project manager assembling and leading collaborative, cross-functional teams through the proposal development process and generating professional proposals. This includes
Producing drafts and compiling tailored content for assigned sections of more complex proposals, including summary sections, cover letters, and supporting tables and graphs
Working closely with the cross-functional proposal contributors to ensure proposals are customer-centric and conform to all proposal requirements
Providing desktop publishing support to ensure proposal documents comply with ServiceNow branding as well as customer requirements for formatting
Ensuring critical milestones and deadlines are met
Coordinating document reviews with key stakeholders to provide final quality assurance and adherence to corporate standards
Tracking the status of open and closed proposal projects, closing and archiving completed projects, and sending post-project surveys
You will also lead or support projects that improve the services the proposal team offers, such as enhancing proposal automation capabilities, contributing answer library content, and managing localized/translated proposal content.

Qualifications
Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, journalism or a similar field and on track to graduate between December 2024 and June 2025
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint skills
Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow colleagues
An ambitious, creative, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Ability to adapt in a flexible and fast-paced environment
Excellent time management, organization, and leadership skills
A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings is a plus
Previous internship experience is a plus
For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $31.39/hr, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
