Prototype Engineer

The Prototype Engineer plays an important role in the development of new game concepts within our iGaming & RMG portfolio. The Prototype Engineer is responsible for working closely and collaboratively with our Games Design team to rapidly create playable game or game feature prototypes for iteration. They may also work with the Games Design team to verify mathematical accuracy through analytical tools within the prototype system. The ideal candidate will: have experience within the slot design industry, work in a rapid development environment, and be able to work effectively with teams across the organization.

What You\'ll Do

• Develop prototypes for game concepts and models
• Maintain the prototype throughout the design phase, updating with latest assets where applicable
• Keep an eye on projects in production, spot bugs and potential improvement tweaks in collaboration with the assigned Games Producer
• Analyze competitors\xe2\x80\x99 and in house products
• Keep an eye on what is on trend in social casino, real casino industries and other medias
• Working with the Games Design Team in future game design
• Analysis and reporting of games performance
• To keep open and continual communications with your manager and your team with regards to workload and projects
• Other duties as assigned

What We\'re Looking For

• Experienced prototyping skills in at least one programming language. E.g. Construct/Unity/Flash/HTML5 (Unity experience preferred)
• Ability to develop concepts with speed and quality
• Attention to detail
• Deadline-oriented, but still flexible
• Able to work as part of a Games Design team and under own initiative
• Able to mockup ideas on paper and digitally
• A basic understanding of probability theory
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Meets challenges consistently and confidently with energy and drive. Motivated by results, urgency, and personal commitment
• A passion for gambling or gaming and its surrounding theories and models
